Improved Reliability is Here!


On May 24th, 2017 at 10:00pm PST, email user accounts were migrated to a new and upgraded email service, powered by TELUS.

This upgraded service is a major investment in reliability for your email.   All folders and account information will be migrated, and your email address and password will remain the same.  Trash and junk folders will not be migrated.

If you use an email program on your desktop or an application on your mobile device, you won’t notice any difference in how your email program operates, but know that it is more secure and reliable.

Do You Use Webmail?


This email upgrade comes with a new webmail interface hosted by TELUS and accessible through a TELUS Webmail portal.  The interface still has all of the advantages, features and ease of use you enjoy today and is simple to use.

You’ll notice:

  • New Feel and Fresh Look
  • More Reliability
  • More Security

You will still access your Webmail account via the Webmail link on any YourLink website and technical support continues to be available through your local YourLink office.
